Service Description
Got a website that's driving you a little bit nuts? Maybe something isn't displaying properly, your layout needs work, your content is outdated or you've got a growing list of changes you've been meaning to make. You don't necessarily need a whole new website. You just need someone who knows what they're doing to jump in and help sort things out. Website Rescue is a one-on-one session where we'll look at your existing Wix or Shopify website, work through what's not working and identify what needs attention. We can tackle smaller fixes during our session where possible, including layout issues, content updates, navigation, mobile display problems and basic SEO improvements. If something needs more time or involves a bigger job, I'll explain what's required and provide a separate quote. Practical help getting your website working better for your business, with no unnecessary rebuilds.
Cancellation Policy
Website Rescue is a 60-minute online Zoom session designed to help with issues and improvements on existing Wix and Shopify websites. During your session, we'll review the issues you've identified and work through smaller fixes where possible. The number and complexity of changes we can complete will depend on the work involved. Website Rescue does not include a complete website redesign, major development work or ongoing website maintenance. If additional work is required, this can be quoted separately. Please provide your website address and details of what you'd like help with when booking so I can review everything beforehand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If I need to reschedule your session, you'll be offered an alternative time or a refund.
